Questions about ordering custom fightwear
Here are straight answers to the questions gyms, events and fight brands ask us most. If your question isn't here, email sales@boxvilo.com and Peng Shu will reply within two days.
Ordering
What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per design. Sizes and names can change from piece to piece within one design.
What can I order?
Muay Thai shorts, boxing trunks, boxing robes, walkout vests and jackets, training shirts and gym banners, all made to your design.

Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your files and patterns on record. Reorders start from 10 sets.
Do you sell to individual fighters?
Yes, as long as the order meets the 10-piece minimum, for example a fighter's shorts plus spares or a matching set for the corner team.
Design and mockups
What do I need to send to get started?
Any clear image is enough: a logo file, a phone photo of a sketch or a picture of shorts you like. Add your colors, quantity and fight date if you have one.
How long does a mockup take?
About 2 days. The mockup shows the front and back in your colors, with every name and logo in place.
How many changes can I make to the mockup?
As many as you need. Mockup revisions are free until you're happy with the design.
Can you match my exact colors?
Yes. Send Pantone codes or a photo of your logo, and we match the fabric and thread colors before the sample.
Can you copy another brand's shorts?
No. We make your own designs or our open styles. We don't stitch logos or trademarked designs you don't own.
Samples
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes, always. You see one real piece before the full order is made.
How long does a sample take?
About 10 days after you approve the mockup.
Do I pay for the sample?
Yes. A sample costs $35 a piece. It is separate from the bulk order and isn't deducted from the bulk price.
What if I want changes after the sample?
A changed design needs a new sample, charged like the first one. Check names and colors carefully on the mockup to avoid a second sample.

Price and payment
How much do custom fight shorts cost?
Satin pieces with your embroidered logo start from these reference prices. Muay Thai shorts: $24 a pair at 10 pairs, $16 at 50. Boxing trunks: $26 a pair at 10, $17 at 50. Hooded robes: $58 a piece at 10, $40 at 50. Sequin, fringe and extra embroidery cost more. Prices exclude shipping, and you get an exact price with your mockup.
Does each fighter's name cost extra?
Yes, a small amount per piece, because every name is stitched separately. The cost per name is shown in your quote.
What are the payment terms?
A 70% deposit starts production. The remaining 30% is paid before the order ships.
Production and quality
How long does bulk production take?
About 25 days after you approve the sample.
Is everything made in your own factory?
Yes. Cutting, embroidery, sublimation printing and sewing all happen in our own factory in China. We never pass work to outside workshops.
How do you check quality?
Every piece gets a visual check before packing: stitching, binding and fringe, embroidery edges, color against the approved sample, and stains or loose threads.
Can you provide lab test reports?
We can arrange third-party testing, such as color-fastness, for markets that need it. The test fee is paid by the customer.

Sizes
What sizes do you make?
Muay Thai shorts from XXXS for children to 4XL, boxing trunks from XS to 3XL, and robes from S to XXL.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the waist where the shorts will sit, just above the hip bones, and match it to our size chart. Between two sizes, pick by waist and the elastic covers the difference.

Can you make shorts to my brand's own size chart?
Yes. Send your size specification and we cut to your measurements, confirmed on the sample.
Shipping
How do you ship and how long does it take?
International express takes about 5-7 days, air freight about 7-10 days and sea freight about 45 days. We recommend a method with your quote.
Can you ship with duties paid?
Yes. DDP delivery is available, so duties and import taxes are paid before the order arrives.
How is the order packed?
Each piece comes in its own PP bag, packed in export cartons. Team orders can be bagged per fighter and labeled with each name.
How early should I order for a fight?
At least eight weeks before the fight when shipping by express or air. Add about six weeks for sea freight.
Team orders
Can every fighter have a different name and size?
Yes. Fill in our team roster with each name and size, and we stitch every piece to match.

Can kids and adults wear the same design?
Yes. The same design can be cut from XXXS to 4XL in one order.
Do you make gym banners?
Yes. Satin banners with your embroidered name and logo, fringe on three sides and a rod pocket for hanging, in standard sizes or the size you need.
Private label
Can you put my own brand labels on the shorts?
Yes. We add your woven label, care label, hangtag and packaging, and confirm them all on the sample.
More: Private label fightwear for your own brand
Will you keep my designs private?
Yes. Your designs are used only for your orders, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send files.
Can you ship straight to my customers?
Yes. We can ship to your warehouse or send single pieces direct to your customers, in packaging that carries only your brand.
Returns and your rights
Can I return custom fightwear?
Custom pieces are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If a piece arrives with a sewing defect, we remake it.
Who owns the design?
You do. Your artwork, names and logos stay yours, and we only use them to make your orders.
