How to order custom Muay Thai shorts, from sketch to delivery

Ordering custom Muay Thai shorts takes six steps. You send a design, we send a free mockup and a quote, you approve a sample, and we produce and ship the order. Nothing goes into bulk production until you have seen and approved both the mockup and the sample.
What does the whole order look like?
The whole order takes about five weeks plus shipping. The mockup comes in 2 days, the sample in about 10 days and bulk production in about 25 days. Shipping adds 5-7 days by express, 7-10 days by air or about 45 days by sea.
Every order follows the same six steps, whether it is Muay Thai shorts in any style, boxing trunks or robes.

Step 1 - What should I send you?
Send whatever you have. A logo file, a phone photo of a sketch, or a picture of shorts you like is enough to start. Add the colors you want, the rough quantity, and your fight date if you have one. We ask for anything else we need.
- Logo or artwork: any image for the mockup; vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) for production
- Colors: Pantone codes if you have them, or a photo
- Quantity and sizes: a rough number is fine at this stage
- Names: one per fighter, or a roster for teams
- Fight date or launch date

Step 2 - What does the mockup show?
The mockup is a flat drawing of the front and back of your shorts, in your colors, with every name, logo and trim in place. You can ask for changes before you approve it. Revisions are free, as many as it takes until you're happy.

Step 3 - How is the price worked out?
The price depends on the fabric, the decoration method, the trims and the quantity. Embroidery, sequin fabric and fringe cost more than plain satin with a printed logo. Larger orders lower the price per piece. The quote comes with the mockup.
- Payment terms: 70% deposit to start production, 30% balance before the order ships.
- Reference prices: satin with your embroidered logo starts from $24 a pair for Muay Thai shorts, $26 for boxing trunks and $58 for hooded robes at 10 pieces, and from $16, $17 and $40 at 50 pieces. Shipping is quoted separately.
- Sample fee: $35 a piece, charged separately and not deducted from the bulk order.
- Personalized names: each name stitched on its own adds a small cost per piece.
Step 4 - Why do you make a sample first?
A sample is the only way to check how the fabric feels, how the colors look in daylight and how the fit works on a real fighter. We sew one pair from the approved mockup and send photos, or ship the pair to you.

- Changes after the sample: a changed design needs a new sample, charged at the sample fee
Step 5 - What happens during production?
Once you approve the sample, we confirm the final roster of names and sizes with you, then cut, embroider and sew the full order. Before packing, every piece gets a visual check against the approved sample.

Step 6 - How is the order shipped?
We ship by international express courier, air freight or sea freight. Express is fastest for small team orders and samples. Air freight suits medium orders, and sea freight is cheapest for large brand orders that aren't in a hurry.
Express takes about 5-7 days, air freight 7-10 days and sea freight about 45 days. We recommend the method when we quote. DDP delivery, with duties and import taxes paid before arrival, is available.
- Packing: each piece in its own PP bag, packed in export cartons; team orders can be bagged per fighter and labeled with each name.
- Brand orders: retail packaging and single-piece shipping to your customers are available.
- After delivery: if a piece arrives with a sewing defect, we remake it.
How far ahead should I order for a fight?
Start at least eight weeks before the fight if we ship by express or air. That covers the mockup, about 10 days for the sample, about 25 days for production and shipping, with a week to spare.
Sea freight takes about 45 days, so add about six weeks if you choose it. If your fight date is closer, tell us when you send the design and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.

Questions about ordering
Can I change the design after I approve the sample?
Yes, but any change after sample approval means a new sample, which is charged like the first one. Check names and colors carefully on the mockup to avoid a second sample.
Can I order more later in the same design?
Yes. We keep your files and patterns on record, so a reorder matches the first run. Reorders start from 10 sets.
How do you avoid spelling mistakes in names?
We send the roster back to you for sign-off before production, and we stitch exactly what you approve.
Do you send production updates?
Yes. Ask for an update at any stage and we'll send photos or a status note by email.
What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per design. Sizes and names can change from piece to piece.
