Who we are
Boxvilo is the trading name of Foshan Boxvilo Co., Ltd., No. 400 Wenxiu Community, Daliang Subdistrict, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong 528300, China. We make custom fightwear. For any privacy question, email sales@boxvilo.com.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, gym, team or brand name, what you need, the quantity, your fight or launch date and your message. We also receive any files you upload, such as designs and team rosters. Rosters may include fighters' names and sizes.
With each quote request, the form also records how you found us: the page you landed on, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, the time you sent the form and, if you accepted analytics cookies, your Google Analytics ID.
When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
We don't ask for payment details on this website, and we don't collect sensitive information such as health data.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, draw your mockup and quote a price
- To make, pack and ship your order
- To understand which pages and channels bring us customers, so we can improve the site
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your designs or roster for anything except your orders.
Who we share it with
- Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies
- Service providers that host our website and email, which store data for us under contract
- Shipping companies and customs agents, who receive the delivery name, address and phone number for your order
Where your data is stored
We are based in China. Your information is processed there. Google Analytics data is processed by Google, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and emails for 3 years after our last contact with you. Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
Cookies
We use one group of optional cookies: Google Analytics. They only load if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The site works fully without them.

Your rights

Email sales@boxvilo.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. Team rosters may include young fighters' names and sizes; please send them only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
