About Boxvilo
- Boxvilo is a custom fightwear factory in China, founded in 2019 and run by a team of 173 people.
- We make Muay Thai shorts, boxing trunks, robes, team kits and banners for gyms, events and fightwear brands in the US, the UK, the Netherlands, France, South Korea, Thailand and beyond.
- Cutting, embroidery, sublimation printing and sewing all happen in our own factory, never in outside workshops.
Boxvilo, a custom fightwear factory, makes satin fight shorts, trunks and robes to each customer's own design. We started in 2019 with a small embroidery workshop and now have 173 people across design, embroidery, laser cutting, printing, sewing and packing. Every order is made start to finish under our own roof.
What does Boxvilo make?
We make custom fight-night and training wear: Muay Thai shorts, boxing trunks, boxing robes and walkout vests, team shirts and gym banners. Every piece is made to order from the customer's colors, names and logos, from 10 pieces per design.

Who works on your order?
Your order passes through seven teams in our factory: design, cutting, embroidery, laser cutting, sublimation printing, sewing, and checking and packing. One account manager follows it from the first mockup to shipping and answers your emails.

What do we promise every customer?
We promise four things. You see a mockup and a real sample before bulk production. We quote honest timelines and tell you early if a date is at risk. We never copy other brands. And we keep your designs private, with a non-disclosure agreement if you want one.
- Sample first: mockup in 2 days, sample in about 10 days, bulk in about 25 days.
- Honest dates: we say no to a fight date we can't meet.
- No copies: we don't stitch logos you don't own.
- Your designs stay yours: NDA on request. We don't sell or show your designs without permission.

How do we check quality?
Every piece is checked by eye before packing: stitching, binding and fringe, embroidery and appliqué edges, color against your approved sample, and any stains or loose threads. If a piece arrives with a sewing defect, we remake it.
We don't run lab tests on every order. If your market needs a test report, we arrange third-party testing, paid by you.
Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide by international express in about 5-7 days, air freight in 7-10 days or sea freight in about 45 days. DDP delivery is available, so duties and import taxes are paid before your order arrives.
