What can a gym order as one team kit?
Most gyms start with matching fight shorts, then add robes or walkout vests for fight night, training shirts for classes and a banner for the gym wall or the corner. Every item uses the same colors and logo, so the team looks like one team.

How do you handle different names and sizes?
You fill in one roster with every fighter's name, size and any nickname or flag. We follow it line by line, so each pair is stitched for one person. Before bulk production, we send the roster back with the mockup for a final spelling check.

Can our kids' class match the adult team?
Yes. We cut the same design from XXXS, which fits most young children, so a kids' class can wear the same colors and logo as the adult fight team. Kids' pieces can be ordered in the same order.
Do you make gym banners?
Yes. We make satin gym banners with your gym name and logo embroidered on the front and gold or silver fringe along the edges. Teams hang them on the gym wall, carry them to events and use them in team photos.

Can you make fight kits for an event?
Yes. Promoters order fighter kits in the event colors, often a red-corner and a blue-corner set, with the event logo on every piece. Tell us the fight date first. We plan the mockup, the sample and the bulk order backwards from that date, so the kits arrive before the weigh-in.
Plan at least eight weeks before the fight when we ship by express or air. Sea freight takes about 45 days, so it needs more time. Each ordering step explained in detail.

Can a gym sell our kits to its members?
Many gyms do. Training shirts and shorts in the gym's colors sell well at the front desk and online, and they put the gym's logo on people outside the gym. We can pack each piece in a polybag with a size label for resale.

Can we reorder when new fighters join?
Yes. We keep your design, colors and embroidery files on record, so a later order matches the first one. Send the new names and sizes, and we make a top-up order from 10 sets. New names go back to you for a spelling check before stitching.

What is the minimum for a team order?
10 pieces per design. Names and sizes can change from piece to piece.
How long does a team order take?
About 10 days for a sample and 25 days for bulk production after sample approval, plus shipping.
Do we pay extra for each name?
Yes, a small amount per piece, because every name is stitched on its own. The cost per name is listed in your quote.
Can every fighter's kit be packed separately?
Yes. Each fighter's pieces are bagged together and labeled with their name, then packed in export cartons.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide by international express courier, air freight or sea freight, and recommend the method with your quote. Express takes about 5-7 days, air freight 7-10 days and sea freight about 45 days. DDP delivery, with duties and import taxes paid before arrival, is also available.
