Custom boxing trunks for fighters, gyms and brands
- Boxvilo makes custom boxing trunks in its own factory in China for fighters, boxing gyms and fightwear brands.
- Trunks come in satin, polyester or full sequin, with a high elastic waistband that marks the belt line clearly.
- Orders start at 10 pairs per design, with a sample in 10 days before bulk production.
Send us your colors, your fighter's name and any logo, and we draw a free front-and-back mockup. After you approve it, we sew one sample pair for you to check. Bulk trunks are then cut, embroidered and finished in the same factory, with every name spelled and placed as approved.
How are boxing trunks different from other fight shorts?
Boxing trunks sit higher and run longer than Muay Thai or MMA shorts. The wide waistband covers the stomach and marks the belt line, the line below which punches count as fouls. The legs are cut straighter with short side splits, because boxing has no kicks.
| Feature | Boxing trunks | Muay Thai shorts |
|---|---|---|
| Waistband | High and wide, marks the belt line | Wide but sits lower |
| Length | Mid-thigh to above the knee | Short, high on the thigh |
| Side split | Short or none | High split for kicks |

Which fabrics and finishes can we make your trunks in?
Most fighters order satin trunks because the shine reads well under ring lights and on camera. Gyms that need training trunks often pick lighter polyester. For walkouts and title fights, we make full sequin trunks, usually as a set with a matching vest or hooded top.
| Option | What it looks like |
|---|---|
| Satin | Smooth and glossy, holds embroidery well |
| Polyester | Lighter and matte, for training and team orders |
| Full sequin | Sparkles under spotlights, pairs with sequin vests |
| Jacquard trim | Patterned side stripes and waistband tape |

Sequin trunks with a matching top for the walkout.

Satin and trim
Binding tape stitched along each edge on our sewing line.
Where can names, flags and logos go?
Names usually run across the front of the waistband, with a nickname or flag on one leg. Gym logos fit on the opposite leg or the back of the waistband. We stitch them by embroidery, or cut shiny metallic letters by laser and sew them on.
- Waistband front: fighter name or gym name
- Left or right leg: nickname, flag or gym logo
- Waistband back: sponsor or team name
- Side stripes: contrast color or jacquard tape
Can we make a matching walkout set?
Yes. Many fighters order trunks together with a sequin vest, a hooded top or a satin robe. We make every piece in the same colors and trims, checked against your approved sample. Tell us the full set when you send your design, so it is quoted together.

Ring robe and trunks
The same colors and trim on both pieces.

Ring jacket and trunks
A short fringe jacket cut to match the trunks.
What sizes and lengths do you make?
We cut boxing trunks from XS to 3XL, on the same body waist ranges as our Muay Thai shorts. Length runs from mid-thigh to just above the knee. Each pair can carry a different size and name within one design, so a whole gym can order together.
How does a custom trunks order work?
You send a design, we reply with a mockup and price, you approve one sample pair, and we produce the bulk order. You see your trunks twice before bulk production: first as a drawing, then as a real pair.

Questions buyers ask about custom boxing trunks
What is the minimum order for custom boxing trunks?
10 pairs per design. Sizes and names can change from pair to pair within the same design, and each personalized name adds a small cost per pair.
How much do custom boxing trunks cost?
Satin boxing trunks with your embroidered logo start from $26 a pair at 10 pairs and from $17 a pair at 50 pairs. Sequin, fringe and extra embroidery cost more, and each fighter's name adds a small fee per pair. Prices exclude shipping. You get an exact quote with your free mockup.
How long does an order take?
About 10 days for a sample and 25 days for bulk production after you approve it. Shipping time is extra.
Can you match my gym colors?
Yes. Send us Pantone codes or a photo of your logo, and we match the fabric and thread colors before sampling.
Do the trunks meet amateur boxing rules?
Rules differ by federation. Most require a waistband that clearly shows the belt line and limit logo sizes. Send us your federation's rules and we build the trunks around them.
Can you add sponsor logos?
Yes, if you own the rights or have the sponsor's permission. We don't stitch logos from brands that haven't approved their use.
Can I return custom trunks?
Custom trunks are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If a pair arrives with a sewing defect, we remake it.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide by international express courier, air freight or sea freight, and recommend the method with your quote. Express takes about 5-7 days, air freight 7-10 days and sea freight about 45 days. DDP delivery, with duties and import taxes paid before arrival, is also available.
